Tongue frenulum piercing care

The time of healing of the tongue frenulum piercing is about 2-3 weeks. During this time please keep the following advice:

Tongue frenulum piercings' aftercare is almost the same as the tongue piercing aftercare.

• To play with the new piercing is forbidden.
• We advise you not to twirl or swing it intentionally because during eating or speaking the piercing moves enough.
• On the first days chewing gum, drinking alkohol or dairy products, doing drugs are forbidden.
• We advise you not to drink or eat hot or spicy things.
• You can change the piercing after its complete healing , that mostly means a month.
• Pay attention during brushing your teeth.
