Microdermal piercing
Appeared a few years ago in europe, it has many names like anchor, surface anchor. The name makes the difference between the common piercing end this new type.
It is an initiative gap, and there is placed the base of the piercing, keeps the top of the piercing like an anchor. The piercing is made with one special tool, nemed dermal punch, or one needle.

Without moving the base of the piercing , with no pain the top can be changed to a different colour, size or form.
The speciality of the piercing is that it can be made at almost every part of the body, where the skin is thick enough. Looks good alone to, but generally is placed in gorups, illustrating a special form.
It can be placed in many ways or in existing tattoos, for example red microdermal in place of the tigers eyes.
